The Wedding of Rachel and Andy

Last summer I ended up at UKYC and saw some friends I hadn't seen for years - an inevitable consequence of living in Glasgow I suppose.

Whilst catching up with Rachel I spied an impressive rock on her finger and asked how the wedding plans were going...

A week or two later I got a telephone call from Rachel and became part of those plans!

Whilst their main gallery is here I've decided to use this part of the site to share some more photographs from the wedding:

The above photographs is one of my all time favourites.

Some venues are photographer friendly. The Devonshire Arms certainly is. Lots of windows to let light in, along with picture frames to reflect the newly weds:

As can be seen in the main gallery, they also have plenty of outside space with uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire dales:

Karam led the service and gave one of the most moving and memorable addresses I have ever heard at a wedding:

I think Rachel eventually got her bouquet back:

Thank you for capturing the joy and atmosphere of our wedding day so perfectly. We were thrilled with the variety and quality of photographs you took with little disruption to the day.

These are really lovely Jered, what a beautiful wedding. We know Rachel from our Handsworth days. You've done a magnificent job for them! Have been looking at some of your other weddings, they are really lovely.
